Under Surveillance
Updated: Sep 5, 2022

There was a song that was popular in the 80's called, "Somebody's Watching Me," written by Barry Gordy's son--Rockwell. That was my jam! The funny thing about it was the fact that someone was watching me back then, and someone is watching me now. I see you! I even have proof so be careful.
This post is about how your family and so-called friends resort to spying on you because they don't like you. They want to find something wrong with you because they are irritated with the things that are right with you. I'm talking about jealousy. Jealousy is the root of every vile thing on earth. So let's talk!
First of all, if a person is jealous of someone else's talents and gifts, don't be discouraged. GOD is generous. He gave you talents and gifts too. There is enough room in the kingdom for all of our talents and gifts. I suggest you tap into you, and stop worrying about someone else. If you are jealous of someone else's relationship, all I can say is you chose that person. You chose all of those people who did you wrong. You have no one to blame but yourself, which is why you are so bitter and jealous now.
In the Bible, Saul was a persecutor of Christians. When GOD appeared to him on the road to Damascus, Saul became a changed man who became a lover of Jesus. GOD left Saul with a new name, Paul, and an affliction. Paul was blinded. When GOD gives you an affliction and heals you, you can expect to be a changed person. GOD healed Paul. Paul began preaching the GOSPEL. He was a disciple of Jesus. However, people didn't believe that he was a changed man so they spied on him. They spied on him only to find him preaching the Word of GOD. I'm not saying that he was completely sinless. I'm just saying that Paul sinned less, which is all we can expect to do because we all fall short of the glory of GOD.
The reality is we were born in sin, and we live in sin. Therefore, we are all sinning. I know somebody right now is saying, "I don't sin. I don't even lie." Pastor Kinloch of Triumph Church says, "You are lying right now if you are saying that you don't lie." Ha! We are all hypocritical to a certain degree. We are all "double-agents" so to speak. Trust me when I tell you that there is something about you that GOD frowns on.
While you are busying yourself with espionage, I want you to remember the next time you leave a bug around someone or spy on them through their phone that GOD sees you. Since you want to expose someone else's sin so badly, don't be surprised when GOD exposes your secret sins too. He can expose you as the one who exposed your targeted person along with airing out all your dirty laundry. GOD don't like ugly, and He ain't too fond of pretty either.
As for me, GOD told me that He is handling the situation for me. Thank GOD that GOD is GOD! GOD said, "Trust no man." I don't trust no one but GOD. People are messy. Somebody may be watching you too. It's real easy to spy on someone nowadays. In fact, it is too easy.
If you have ever thought or felt like someone was watching you or listening to you or reading your text messages, trust your gut-feeling, then take it to GOD. A lot of people may not like me because of how GOD has blessed me and how He keeps blessing me. God blesses His children. If you have a problem with me, take it up with GOD. That's all I can tell you. Peace be unto to you. I hope you find peace. I really do.
Here I am purposely engaged in living an inspired life!
Blessings,
Rachel Mason
